Meet Mike, a seasoned professional whose journey with Kasper’s began back in 2010 when he initially joined the team for maintenance duties. Over the years, Mike’s dedication and proficiency in his role led to his gradual ascent within the company. Within a couple of years, he found himself primarily responsible for overseeing the entire maintenance program, earning him the title of “Maintenance Manager.” Alongside his managerial responsibilities, Mike also excelled in our service department, including tasks such as pool openings, closings, and repairs.

In 2021, Mike became Assistant Manager at the Palmer location, where he brought his wealth of experience and leadership skills to the forefront. He worked simultaneously as Assistant Manager and Maintenance Manager. As Kasper’s continued to expand, Mike’s role evolved, and he seamlessly assumed the position of Store Manager of the Palmer location in 2022, playing a pivotal role in the growth and success of the company. Under his guidance, the team at the Palmer location flourishes, with associates returning for their second and third seasons, a testament to Mike’s ability to foster a positive and productive work environment. As of 2024, Mike was promoted to General Manager of Retail and Premium Services, and now oversees the management of both the Palmer and Nazareth locations, ensuring that Kasper’s continues to deliver top-notch service and expertise to its customers.
